Here they are- the first two Ruffle Minis for sale! One is a Japanese fan print cotton and one is a dark blue weird, crinkly, kinda iridescent fabric. They tie in the front and are totally adjustable... the pictures are how they look on my 36 inch hips. Every one of these is probably going to be one-of-a-kind, two at the most, so grab it if you want it. $45 each plus shipping. More to come really soon!!
