Here's some more info:
The VAUDE skirt is constructed from stretch pinstripe suiting fabric (a range of colours and stripe widths), and laces. The lace is either hand-tucked to create the ruffle, or is constructed from multiple rows of lace (not shown).
Price varies between $84 and $99 CDN, depending on materials used and method of lace/ruffle construction.
