  Meditation is absence of sound, psyche and body. You can not hear anything during meditation.

    I find that music helps me to fall into that place within my self.
    
    Not everyone can meditate in compltete silence.
    
    
    I find that I fall in when I am listening to JayAtwood lately...
    
    I'll see if I have some others...
