Kluska: will Kitchen Queen, coordinate menus from chefs for food order, ancestor call
Grateful: Food ordering, playing meadow game, capture the fag, kitchen help

Beltaine Call includes: Theme/Story for the gathering, dogs policy, call for cooks and meal planning, work party projects (sat before gathering & all april), zombie nurse call…
Dates: Sunday 27th of April thru Sunday 4th of May
Food Order: Will be put together based on demand returned via Call by Kluska & Lopi & Grateful? and picked up via volunteered truck
Special Needs Housing: Grateful volunteers to coordinate. His contact info will go out in Call.
Garden house is community
Alteria/Office, trailer, and poss. Edge are special needs
Theresa occupied by stewards
Halston is clean & sober
Barn Addition is warm & dry

Fri, March 14, 2008 - 7:45 AMI also missed the conference call but want to be a part of planning the gathering. Maybe firewood and a day as a kitchen queen.
Also, would like to put a call out for daily yoga classes.

Clarity and I want to put a call for puppets into the call. Whoever wants to make a puppet and bring to the gathering and we will see what develops....we might have a travelling puppet wagon coming, and puppet making supplies...so maybe a show or a heart circle where only the puppets talk...who knows.....
Also have plans for GameDay
and would love to work with Spiral and come up with a planting ritual for spring for the whole community..in the past we have done a group bed in the garden where everyone casts seed (literally and symboliccaly) into the ground...but ,maybe it can be over the whole land with hoop roots etc.....
