High Sierra stokin' woodbee thread

Just bought my flights to and from High Sierra!!!! The icing on the cake, now all I need to do is buy my late night tix.

Can't tell you all how excited I am to be back at HSMF with you guys. We've got a good crew coming out from Colorado, about 12 in our little crew. We're thinking we'll camp in Shady Grove and then have a tent (my tent, of course!) at Woodbee nation to keep a cooler and other festival items. I figure I'll be chillin' with all of you a good portion of the festival. Wow! Super super stoked.

Joey, hopefully Jamie, and I fly into Reno at 10am and are looking for a ride to Quincy at some point Wednesday. We're flexible and I fit on the roof. This is going to be such an epic High Sierra. Does anyone else have that feeling in their bones right now? 2 more months!!!

Hope you're all doing really well today. I hope you're all loving life as much as I am right now. Love you woodbees 8) ~8- goudabits

Really? Youre having problems with the High Sierra board? I need to know.

SO PSYCHED!!! Cant fucking wait to see the Colorados!! Cant wait to meet you, Dylan! Hug my goudaest bee ever again and see if we can make him a Blue Turtle fan again! Gina and Sara I am a lil extra stoked about.....those girlies are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO High Sierra its not even funny......
The Reid and Gouda Show is going to bee a funny one fer shure.
The beer tent option will be fine, as long as we establish tent space for sleepers first and utilitents second prioirity. I can see why you guys dont want to be over there in the sun with us, its hard traveling with all that shade EZ up stuff.
We'll bee your Big Meadow sanctuary!!

Its hard to camp in Big Meadow without ample EZ up shade, and that shits not cheap.

I just got another EZ Up at a thrift store for $15!! And EZ UP has an outlet with good deals, too.

There is an EZ UP outlet right off ofthe 5 aroun Knotts Berry Farm offramp. Is it in Industry?
Also might be one in Mission Viejo off 5 near Crown Valley.

I wonder if theres an EZ up outlet in Sacto? Im looking to buy for High Sierra. Im going to get a more compact one than my old one. My old one was large and suuuuuuper flimsy, and the canvas barely went over the edges. It was a wierd one, and Bman 06 ate it up. It collapsed soon after HS last summer.

You guys who were at Bman remember Stevies Wood Bee EZ Up with the extra pointy top? Thats the best one ever. I will have to scout that out.

But If youre flying in from Colorado, the last thing you need is to deal with an EZ Up. The Colorado Crew will bee great in Shady Grove and will inspire us all to go over there more! I have like totally missed out on Shady Grove sessions since we moved to Big Meadow.

Sam, EZ UP outlets are only in So Cal. But might try to check one out next time I am down there(week after Bobo) and will report prices, even pick you up one, granted the deals are there.

Suuuuuper rad.....I wood bee down......I just have to hone in on the specific style I want. I am just looking for a normal small style one. You remember my last one, how it was a little wider than normal? That made it unstable. It was a wierd variety. I'll poke around on line and see what the actual number is.

geez, I start a thread and then I forget to check it for a week. Tribe slacker! I look forward to joining forces with Goudareid and Evil Banyan. Should be interesting.

Kev- I'm trying to convince the Colorado crew to camp a little closer to the Woodbees. I don't want to be too far from the party! We've been talking about setting up shop in Shady Grove, but to me, that's just too far away. Loud Camp is more my style.

Can't freakin' wait to get down with the woodbees and eat some bacon after a good game of kickball. Bring on the madness! Bring on the schippy schwapp!

Sam-- thanks for asking about a ride from Reno to Quincy. I trust we'll find something. I really want to avoid renting a car.
