Would you rather wear cold wet socks or drink cold (wet) coffee....
As nasty as cold coffee tastes, I abhor the feel of cold wet socks. Especially when you're on a long backpacking trip, you don't have extra socks *and* your big, ole heavy hiking boots are soaking wet too. So I'd have to chug down the cold coffee, just really fast :}

Wed, May 21, 2008 - 10:08 AMUh, neither. I don't drink coffee period. And I don't like the squishing of water whenever I take a step in wet socks.
But if I have to absolutely choose, I'd go with the wet socks cause I ain't doing coffee.
