WRFL "Alternative Frequency" Logo T-shirt

Was this the first logo T-shirt design for "WRFL", post-Radio Free Lexington? I think it was. I am unsure who designed it, but I want to say that it was Jim Shambhu. Somebody let me know and I will edit this photo's description.

I have the idea that Wilbur (last name escapes me, Gordon Brown's roommate on Grosvenor at one time) was involved in the design.

It was definitely Wilbur. It even says so at the bottom, right under the 88.1.
