The WVU belly dance club is hosting its first Hafla on April 18th at 7pm. Location TBA - I will keep you posted on that. We would love to have you all come and dance, drum, or just hang out. If you are interested in performing please let me know. I know it is a long drive for many of you, so if you would like to come, but need a place to stay overnight, then let me know that as well and we will try to find spaces for everyone.

The plan is to have performances and open dancing. There will be no alcohol at the event because it is on university property, so in that sense it is a 'family friendly' event - although I am not editing music for explicit lyrics if there are any. It is open to dancers and friends/family of dancers. There will be delicious food and lots of fun dancing!
