I just wanted to let everyone know that after I finish my current 6 week session, I'm going to quit teaching for a while. I have enrolled in a real estate mentoring program with Robert Allen that is going to require a lot of time and energy so something had to give. I'm not dropping out of the belly dance world completely, just taking out the teaching component.
I love my students and I know how much belly dance has come to mean to them and I hated making that decision. Razi has agreed to come and teach classes in Teays Valley at the same time and place so that the students can continue on. Thanks Razi!!!
Anyway, I hope to see everyone soon at Blackstone, Triboriginal or some other event coming up soon!

There will be opportunities for fun events, and I hope everyone will come out and support each other. We all need to review, remember, rediscover why we dance and why we need one another. -

We are losing a good teacher, but you know best when it is time to take some of that energy and put it to another aspect of your life.

Never had as much on my "plate" as you do, but ya know I need some new choreos/improvs. Plus working on those blasted costumes takes me away from actually performing. *sigh* Hopefully I'll be back in the game this summer. :-) Hope to see ya ay an event!
