I'm back up 5 pounds which is ok, since I've been eating all sorts of junk...hellooooo 4th of July.
Back on my lower carb thing as of yesterday. I'm about to knock someone down for a bag of chips. Thanks for all of the tips in the Low carb thread...gonna try them this week until my cravings give up.

I have managed to get down exactly one pound this week (sheesh. stupid BBQ) but that puts me under the 200lb mark again. Going to do my damndest to stay there! Yikes, why do I keep yo-yoing?

The hubby is setting up our much neglected exercise equipment today. I promised myself I will not use it for hanging up my dance gear...... -

Tue, July 8, 2008 - 2:14 PMStill doing well on exercise and eating right... Still the same weight, I haven't gained haven't lost, I'm trying to get back into bellydance classes with actual people and not just me and my dvd's, (All work and no play is making Tracy very very cranky)
