I decided tonight to stand up to this prblem,normally I start to lose weight,and then I binge and put it all right back on again!!!
so,this time I am gonna see it through.
I loose weight very well using the fit for life book by the very best harvey diamond,so I will be checking in here at the end of each day with good food reports!!!!

I am grateful to know of a way that works for me to help me:
* lose weight
* get energised
I have been dancing alott,I love callanetics too,I do a little yoga.
I know taht today no matter what happens..I can handle it!! -

yesterday my moods were crazy,swinging all over the place..feeling much better today,here on day 2.
taking it easy,didnt dance last night,took a night off and did not much,dancing again tonight.
today is fruit day,fruit for most of the day and then salad/rice at dinner.
I can handle it :) -

I am going to get back dancing tonight,looking forward to lots of hard work.
so i am feeling great-i was tempted by chocolate only for a moment-then i thought of all the times i have had to start over and over again..no way,not this time,this time i am going all the way! -

Sat, April 26, 2008 - 2:17 AMok now today is like a reward,I have an astounding amount of energy.other than to lose weight this is the other reason I am choosing food combining with harvey diamond.
corn chowder for dinner later-I will tell you,its my favourite dish..yumm yumm!!and food combined sandwiches...made with chupatti-my oh my,hgow lucky I am to be eating such beautiful food.
meeting up with my friend today for a dance,and dancing later too,realy looking forward to it.I am starting to feel like sculpting again..and I feel so happy and free.
not sure if I lost alott of weight..I go by measuring..I will do it now.
measurements when started:
* waist - 34 inch
waist now - 33 inch!
I know,i realy should have posted all my measurements,however I am obsessed with having a neat and tiny waist!!
well,must go get ready to go meet my friend for a dance

Mon, April 28, 2008 - 3:08 AMI must admit,it has been a rather challenging week,I have felt yukky but I am starting to feel so much better.
I have lost another inch from my waist,the last 2 mornings I have found it easy to get out of bed in the mornings,where as before I was always feeling so groggy and tired,so thats great.
I am getting up earlier and earlier.
so here we go,I am exited about todays meals,not only are they good for me..but they are sooo yummy!

I've had some success with that, but I've also had times that were completely unsuccessful.
Shop in the diabetic section, too. Lots of sugar free candy and jello and pudding available. Might help with those cravings.
