Anyone have anything to say about this game yet? Thoughts on the 4 player Co-Op? The game-play in general? Graphics? Engine? Was it worth the hype in your guy's opinion?

Tue, October 2, 2007 - 8:12 AMEh, it's ok. Campaign isn't very riveting. The vehicle levels sucked. The finale level was retarded. I'll try it on "legendary" at some point, maybe it will seem cooler then. I prefer Halo 1 and 2 far more in campaign mode. But still looking forward to the multi-player stuff, which I haven't had a chance to try yet. I'm new to the 360 and I can't wait to move on to some better games than Halo 3, truthfully. -

I really like the multiplayer because the scoring system keeps it unpredictable (you lose points for dying so the leader can easily drop in the ranks). Plus it has a grappling hook. Any game that has a grappling hook gets an extra point from me. -

Fri, October 5, 2007 - 9:41 PMSomehow I have overlooked Lost Planet. (I guess it wasn't over-hyped like Halo 3.) I just looked up some screen shots and it looks really impressive. Thanks, I'll try it.
Got my Xbox Live set up, and Halo 3 sort of redeems itself with the multiplayer. I like the new multiplayer levels. I don't like any of the new weapons, though. And that ATV vehicle is rather pointless.
Ok I'll stop raining on everyone's Halo 3 parade now, ha ha. -

Sat, October 6, 2007 - 11:01 AMI've had to mute an avoid more players than ever with this Halo 3 release. It's like we've hit the tipping point of the XBOX Live idiocracy. Countless griefer 12 year olds who barely know how to play the game are making the on-line experience somewhat miserable. I wish there was a way to prioritize players based on the average pitch of their voice. :) -
