Gears of War is great fun! You can't go wrong with killing a bunch of freaky alien guys coming out from underground who are trying to take over the world. =) You get to play a bad-ass Marine guy who is so bad-ass that he gets broken out of prison just to kill these mofo's. My husband and I play and I'm the little more conservative one, trying to duck down behind barriers/walls and only popping up if I know I had a shot, while he's the one who just unloads on them all so I have to come save him. It all works out in the end. We're playing it through on a harder difficulty now, actually. =)

I have Marvel UA from Gamefly right now. My husband loves it and is on his 3rd time playing it through. I think it's alright, but I'm not really into many superheroes and stuff like that. The actual game play isn't too bad though. It's a fun one to just pick up for awhile when you don't feel like playing for hours and hours on end.

Another one we've been having some fun with is Aegis Wing. It's a little side-scrolling shooter you can download from xbox live. It's free to download, or at least it was a few weeks ago. Check it out and see. It's at least worth the price. =)

n+ is a cute little game we downloaded, too. It's hard as hell sometimes, though! But it has 2-player co-op that's a lot of fun. Poor little ninja guy's body parts get thrown all around the screen when you hit a mine and die. You get blown to bits!

Then of course there's Rock Band, if you're into music games. We get together with a couple friends and play just about every weekend. I was really hesitant at first because I thought I'd get tired of playing the same songs over and over and over again, but with downloading new weekly DLC's, it's not bad at all.
