am I the only one with questions or the only one obsessed with this event? or the only one who spent WAAAAAAY too much money on an extra plane ticket for my kid last week so trying to do something smart and in advance for once in my life (you can remind me of this when I'm paying double for my plane ticket on August 10th)...
So where's the nearest airport, and what's the best way to get from plane to show? do I have to rent a car or is there a better way?

They might do a run to the event from Eagle Airport or DIA especially if you could coordinate 10 or 12 people. There is (was?) a similar transport from Grand Junction called GISDHO (get in, sit down, hold on). Junction is not much closer than Denver and usually more expensive to fly into.
