Yeah, yeah, we all like to dress up like zombies. That's besides the point.

So I remember sitting in front of the TV set, like a whole hour before it was scheduled to be on, having a pizza party with my best friend, just watching and waiting... and then OH MY GOD it was the most awesomest video ever!!

Now you too can be a part of history! 25 years ago, MTV premiered Michael Jackson's Thriller video, and to celebrate Seattle is participating in the 2008 THRILL THE WORLD ( www.thrilltheworld.com ) worldwide event on OCTOBER 25th, 2008!

There's a Seattle Thrillers Yahoo Group ( groups.yahoo.com/group/SeattleThrillers/ ) and a Meetup ( dance.meetup.com/579/ ) that just formed to get us organized, a "Learn To Dance The Thriller" video has been ordered, and as soon as it arrives we'll start rehearsing (mid-August?). No dance experience required!! **And you get to dress up like a Zombie!!**

So if you're interested, sign up for one or both of our Seattle Thrillers groups and keep your eyes peeled for the first rehearsal date! If you're Super Excited like I am, go to the videos section of the Thrill the World website and start practicing the steps.
