Well, we are 5 days!!!! away from the party start, and we'd like to inform you about how everything's going...
Works on the land are going great. Everything will be ready by friday!
Our gates will open at 5 p.m- on friday. You will have time to set up your camp before the Opening Ceremony starting @ sunset. Please, family, we'd love you all to attend this special call.

About camping and safety issues:
You will be camping in Palenque, land of moskito and ticks. Be prepared for that. Ticks is a very common thing here.
So bring appropiate equipment (moskito net, tent, etc..).
We are not any longer on rainy season, so we are expecting no rain, but it could come anytime, so also have that in mind when you are packing your bag or your van.
As you know, we are keeping the Bar outside the event, for minimizing waste. So, if you bring alcohol or other sort of glass bottle containers, please have them under your responsability. We do not want empty bottles hanging all over the place.
We do encourage you to bring your own containers for water, plates and spoon and something for keeping the cigarrette buts (ashtray).
There will be shuttles going from the Palenque town towards the party and to the campgrounds... so make sure you catch a zuvuya one!! If not, just get one that goes to "Ruinas" and follow the map instructions.
During the gathering these shuttles will drive all night long.
For the artesans: The contribution for the sales of arts and crafts, is buying the entrance ticket. There will be a space available to use for buy/sell/trade purposes, although people should bring their own structure.
For this reason we invite to buy the ticket on pre-sale, it will be cheaper.
Also informing you that there will be police control on the road, almost for sure, so... you know.
See you in 5 days, can't wait for this gathering of the tribe once again!!!

Bueno, nos quedan 5 días!!!!! para el comienzo del festival, y nos gustaría informaros de cómo esta yendo todo…
Los trabajos en la tierra están marchando a muy buen ritmo. Todo estará listo para el viernes!
Abrimos las puertas a las 5 p.m. del viernes. Tendréis tiempo de montar vuestro campamento antes de la Ceremonia de Apertura que comenzara al atardecer. Por favor, familia, nos gustaría que atendierais a esta llamada especial.

Sobre camping y temas de seguridad:
Estaréis acampando en Palenque, la tierra de mosquitos y garrapatas. Venir preparados para esto. Las garrapatas son muy comunes aquí.
Así que traigan equipo apropiado (mosquitera, tienda, etc...).
Ya no estamos en época de lluvias, así que no esperamos lluvia, pero podría llover en cualquier momento, así que tener eso en mente cuando estéis empacando vuestra mochila o vuestra camioneta.
Como sabéis, estamos manteniendo el Bar fuera del evento, para minimizar el residuo. Así que si traen alcohol, o cualquier otro tipo de botella de cristal, por favor, tráiganlas bajo su propia responsabilidad. No queremos botellas vacías por todas partes.
También os invitamos a que traigáis vuestro propio contenedor para el agua, plato y cuchara y algo para guardar las colillas (cenicero).
Habrán colectivos que vallan desde Palenque (pueblo) hasta la fiesta y a los campings… así que asegúrate de que si tomas uno que sea Zuvuya!! Si no, simplemente agarra uno que vaya a las "Ruinas" y sigue las instrucciones del mapa.
Durante el evento estos colectivos andarán toda la noche también.
Para los artesanos: La contribución para la venta de artesanía dentro del evento, es la compra de la entrada. Habrá un espacio habilitado para compra/venta/trueque, pero deberían traer su propia estructura.
Por eso invitamos a que compren el billete en pre-venta para que salga mas barato.
También avisarles, de que habrá controles policiales en el camino hacia el evento casi con toda seguridad… así que ya saben.
Nos vemos en 5 días, no podemos esperar a ver reunida a la tribu de nuevo!!!
