Hello all! We have decided to take the step to inform you about what we would like to see happen at the Zuvuya Gathering in relation with waste and rubbish generated during the event.
We are willing to see the land we are at with the most respectful view.
So our intention is to leave it better than we found it.
We are putting a lot of work into it, and all that improvement will be there for the future. It is a pretty virgin land and we must be very aware of our impact on the place.

**We want to make that impact minimum**

The way we intend to make this happen is:

- Follow Burning Man tradition of: anything that you take in that is not bio-degradable, you take out with you. We are not your mother!
-We will give each participant a big rubbish bag at the entrance for managing their trash.
- Consider a responsability on any M.O.O.P (matter out of place): if you find unexpected objects on a virgin land, and you feel the good heart of not leaving it behind, the Earth will thank you.
- This is an alcohol free event. There will be no alcohol nor alcohol bottles inside the event. This will prevent some unwanted fires created from unseen glass bottles, unwanted feet cuts, and also to keep the vibe clean. There will be a bar located outside the event gate, for people who wish to use it, though.
- Drinking water will be available to buy. We will sell 1'5 L bottles for 20 pesos, and we will have refilling available for a very cheap price. We do this to avoid so much plastic consumtion. We encourage you to bring your own container to get it refilled!
-We also encourage you to bring your own plate, spoon and glass. It will avoid more plastic waste.
- There will be ashtrays located all around the area, although it would be good that every person is responsible for their cigarrette buts. It would be nice that every person brings a container to take care of that.
- We are trying to keep the dancefloor a clean place to breathe, so although we are tolerant, we'd like no smoking in this area. We kindly ask you to respect this petition... hope you understand the benefits of this, thanks ;)
- Compostable toilets are being built. We hope to manage all the shit that we all create with this... It is very efficient, uses no water and the compost can be used as a fertilizer after.

We hope that every participant is aware of the consequences of their actions. And that with these little guidelines, we can make this experience as clean as possible.

We pray for this gathering to be opening, sacred and beautiful. To reach a connection with this cosmic family, this land and the roots of this new arising culture....

Hola a todos! Hemos decidido tomar un momento para informaros acerca de lo que nos gustaría ver sucediendo en Zuvuya 3 en relación a los residuos generados durante el evento.

Pretendemos mirar a la Tierra con una mirada de profundo respeto.

Así que nuestra intención es dejarla mejor de lo que la encontramos.

Estamos trabajando mucho en el lugar, para que las mejoras se queden para el futuro.

Es una tierra bastante virgen y nos gustaría estar muy conscientes de nuestro impacto en este lugar.



**Queremos que nuestro impacto sea mínimo**



La forma en que pretendemos que esto ocurra es:



- Seguimos la tradición del Burning Man de que cualquier cosa que traigas adentro del evento que no sea bio degradable, te la llevas de vuelta contigo. No somos tu madre!




- Le daremos 1 bolsa de basura a cada participante a la entrada para manejar sus residuos.

- Considera una responsabilidad con cualquier M.O.O.P. (matter out of place – materia fuera de sitio): si encuentras objetos inesperados en una tierra virgen, y sientes el buen corazón de no dejarlo atrás, la Tierra te lo agradecerá.

- Este es un evento sin Alcohol. No habrá alcohol ni botellas de alcohol dentro del evento. Esto prevendrá incendios, cortes en los pies, y ayudara a mantener la vibra limpia. Habrá un bar localizado fuera de las puertas del evento, para las personas que deseen utilizarlo.

- Habrá agua potable a la venta. Venderemos las botellas de 1’5 L por 20 pesos, y se podrán rellenar por un precio muy barato. Hacemos esto para evitar tanto consumo de plástico. Te invitamos a que traigas tu propio contenedor, para que te lo puedas rellenar!

- También te invitamos a traer tu propio plato, cuchara y vaso. Evitara mas desecho de plástico.

- Habrá ceniceros repartidos por todo el área, aunque seria bueno que cada persona se hiciera responsable por sus colillas. Os invitamos a que traigáis vuestro propio contenedor o caja para guardarlas.

- Estamos intentando mantener el dancefloor como espacio abierto, donde se pueda respirar, así que aunque somos tolerantes, nos gustaría que fuera un espacio sin humo. Te pedimos que respetes esta petición… esperamos que entiendas los beneficios de esto, gracias ;)

- Se estan construyendo Baños Secos. Esperamos manejar toda la mierda que creemos de esta manera. Es un sistema muy eficiente, no usa agua y el residuo puede ser usado como fertilizante.







Esperamos que cada participante sea consciente de las consecuencias de sus acciones. Y que estas pequeñas guías les sirvan para tener una experiencia lo mas limpia posible.



Pedimos para que este encuentro sea una apertura, sagrada y hermosa. Para encontrar una conexión con la familia cósmica, esta tierra y las raíces de esta nueva cultura emergente…
